I will be posting regularly about life here in Somerset. Many will be about my passion for gardening and cooking, and the next phase of the renovation of this grand old house of ours. I believe that growing flowers, fruit and vegetables and then cooking and (most importantly) eating the results is one of life's great pleasures. Our guests also get to enjoy the fruits of our labours as they receive a hamper full of home grown and homemade goodies to enjoy during their stay. What could be nicer?
