There is a private entrance and dedicated parking bay within a shared drive.

Set within a wing of an historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt is on the first floor and accessed via a private staircase. 

The accommodation has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard, offering a well-equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge; two double bedrooms; hairdryer; bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail; a spacious open plan living/dining room; Smart TV and a wood burner for cooler days.

Superfast WiFi provided by STARLINK. If you are working away from home, the dining table easily converts to a large workstation allowing you to work in a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels provided.

Exclusive use of a secluded courtyard and charcoal BBQ offers a lovely space for Al Fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine.

There is secure storage in the stairwell for bicycles.

Cot and highchair are available upon request.

Otters Holt accommodates a maximum of four adults, two infants and two dogs. As animal lovers we welcome up to two well behaved dogs and we provide dog treats, blankets, towels and poo bags to make your dog's stay as comfortable as possible. We politely request that dogs are not left alone in the apartment and they are kept off the beds and furniture.

We kindly ask that you do not arrive before 3 pm on your arrival day and you leave before 10 am on your departure day - unless a prior arrangement has been made.
